Common questions
Clear answers about records, availability and what happens after you contact us.
What information is provided with a puppy?
Applicable birth paperwork and age-appropriate vaccination records are provided with each completed placement. Verified details are reviewed with you before payment.
How is health or treatment information handled?
We only represent care and treatment history that is documented. Any known treatment, medication or follow-up instruction is disclosed before placement. If something is not documented, we do not claim it.
Does an application reserve a puppy?

When is payment discussed?
Only after the puppy, verified details, current availability, agreed price and pickup arrangements have been confirmed directly with you.
Is The Puppy Promise the breeder?
The Puppy Promise is an independent puppy marketing and placement service working with independent breeding partners. Our role is clearly disclosed before placement.

Message, call, text or send an application with the puppy’s name. A message does not reserve a puppy, and availability is reconfirmed before any payment is accepted.
